What Happens When I Submit My Order?
  • Please provide us with a daytime phone number and e-mail address so we can confirm pick up or delivery of your order.
  • We will notify you within 2 business days if any item is sold out or on back order .
  • Any questions / comments received will be addressed within 2 business days.
  • We will confirm delivery charge upon receipt of directions to delivery address.
  • Your order will normally be processed & ready to pick up or deliver within two business days; special order* items may require approximately 2 weeks or longer depending upon shipping / availability to us.
  • All orders scheduled for delivery must be paid prior to leaving Country Living; call to make payment arrangements
  • Special Order items are products we do not stock on a regular basis.

    * Special Order? ASK US! Just because we don't have it doesn't mean we can't get it for you. We would be happy to try and accommodate your needs. All special orders require a minimum 20% non-refundable deposit payable upon ordering.
Return Policy
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your product return it along with the original receipt and we will gladly exchange or give in-store credit – sorry no cash refunds.
  • Due to Government Regulations, we are unable to accept returns on bagged animal feed products.
  • Any special order returns are subject to forfeit the 20% deposit for a restocking fee.
